2.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in case the Hotel entered into special conditions with the Guest insofar as such special conditions do not violate any laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, the special contract shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

1.The Guest, who intends to apply for the Accommodation Contract with the Hotel, shall notify the Hotel of the following matters:
(1)Name of the Guest and contact information

2.If the Guest requests to extend his, her or its stay beyond the check-out date in item (2) of preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed that the Guest applied for the new Accommodation Contract at the time when such request has been made.
3.Even after the accommodation contract has been concluded, the person that has applied for accommodation shall immediately submit a guest list containing the names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. of all guests if so requested by the hotel.
4.The Guest’s request for accommodation plan in item (3) of paragraph 1 shall be specified only at the time when the Guest applies for the Accommodation Contract. If the Guest subsequently requests for an accommodation plan which is different from the accommodation plan requested by the Guest at the time of application for the Accommodation Contract, the Guest shall apply for the new Accommodation Contract after canceling the existing Accommodation Contract. 5.The Guest shall apply for the Accommodation Contract agreeing that the Guest shall not transfer the Accommodation Contract or reservation for accommodation to any third party without the Hotel’s consent.

Article 3 (Execution of Accommodation Contract)

2.If the Accommodation Contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a deposit determined by the hotel based on the entire accommodation charges for the period of stay shall be paid by the date designated by the hotel.

The remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of the payment of the accommodation charges as stated in Article 12.
4.If the deposit set forth in Article 2 is not paid by the date specified by the hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, the same shall apply only in the case when the Guest is thus informed by the Hotel upon specifying the due date of payment of the deposit.
5.In the event that our hotel provides incorrect accommodation rates on our internet site or over the phone and concludes an accommodation contract with the Guest based on such incorrect rates, which are significantly lower than the rates for previous and subsequent dates without indications such as "limited", "special", "promotion", etc that specify the reasons for lower rates, the accommodation contract will be deemed invalidated in accordance with the consent by mistake under civil law, and the hotel will promptly notify the Guest to that effect.
