If you require an invoice-compliant receipt, please make a reservation through our official website or an OTA site based in Japan (such as Rakuten, Jalan, Ikyu, etc.).
Please note that for both overseas and domestic OTAs, if you choose prepayment, the issuance of receipts should be requested directly through the respective OTA.
Receipts will only be issued by our hotel for payments made on-site.
